Our service ALWAYS includes:
- Footage of both the Bride and Groom preparing for the Wedding
- Complete (and discreet) two-camera coverage of the Ceremony itself, shot with professional digital video cameras, and edited to your specifications (ie. full Ceremony, lightly edited, or Highlights only included)
- Coverage of the Wedding Party photographic shoot after the Ceremony (or at a time to suit you)
- A principal videographer as well as an assistant videographer (with a second camera).
- Comprehensively-edited DVDs with titles, music etc - usually approx. 45 - 60 minutes in length. We produce DVDs formatted to be played in the country or countries of your choice.*
Reel Art produce fly-on-the-wall documentary-style videos; aimed at capturing the emotions and spirit of the occasion, both for friends and family who cannot attend the wedding, and to be a treasured keepsake for the couple themselves.

BRONZE PACKAGE $1700 **Preparation at Bride's and Groom's house, Wedding Ceremony, post-Ceremony Photo Shoot. Up to four hours' shooting time. Presented to you on 3 DVDs. |
SILVER PACKAGE $2050 **As above, plus guests enjoying your Reception, the Bridal Party arriving at the Reception, and the mock Cake-cutting. Includes slideshow of up to 10 supplied photos (baby photos etc.) to begin your video, or, alternatively, an additional 3-minute Highlights Sequence, separately chaptered on your DVD and set to the music of your choice. Up to six hours' shooting time. Presented to you on 3 DVDs. |
GOLD PACKAGE $2950 **As above, plus your Dinner, Speeches and First Dance. Up to 8 hours' shooting time. Includes slideshow of up to 20 supplied photos (baby photos etc.), with titles/captions added, to begin your video, or, alternatively, an additional 3-minute Highlights Sequence, separately chaptered on your DVD and set to the music of your choice. We add a field assistant at the Reception to assist with unobtrusive spot lighting where appropriate. Presented to you on 4 DVDs. We also include a USB key with your Highlights Edit set to royalty-free music and ready to upload to youtube etc. |
PLATINUM PACKAGE $4150 **The entire festivities of your Wedding, from your rehearsal to your post-Wedding brunch or barbeque. This is our Flagship package and is for couples who don't want to miss capturing any of your Wedding Celebrations. Presented to you on 4 double DVDs. We also include a USB key with your Highlights Edit set to royalty-free music and ready to upload to youtube etc. |
SMALL WEDDING SPECIAL $1400If you are planning a small wedding (ie. fewer than 10 guests) we also offer a one-videographer service, adding a second, unoperated camera at the Ceremony itself. Up to four hours' shooting time. Please contact us for further details. |
* Our DVDs are produced to be "region-free" ie. to play in any geographical 'zone'. DVDs must also be formatted to play on the TV system of the country in which you intend to watch them; eg. PAL for New Zealand, Australia, England, Germany etc. and NTSC for the US, Canada, Japan etc. If you would like NTSC DVDs we are happy to convert your Reel Art Wedding Video from native PAL to NTSC using the professional standard top-quality Atlantis DV software. We do not charge for this service (there is a $100 fee if you want both PAL and NTSC copies).
** PLEASE ADD A $500 SURCHARGE IF YOU EXPECT 120 GUESTS OR MORE TO ATTEND YOUR WEDDING. LARGE WEDDINGS REQUIRE MORE LOGISTICAL PLANNING AND RESOURCES.There are still questions about the archival qualities of DVDs in practice. We encourage you to make backup copies to your Hard Drive, and to new formats as they become available, in order that the Story of Your Wedding Day can still be told for Generations to Come.
